Application process*
We ask for non-AI generated covering letters to be sent with a CV or resume. Our long-listed candidates are asked to complete a test. We then select a shortlist and invite candidates to a 30 minute, first interview via video call. Final round candidates will be invited to longer, second interviews. Second interviews will be held in person where possible. Our hiring process lasts between 3 and 6 weeks.

General duties
Liaising with clients, suppliers and the production and online team to plan and manage the delivery of merchandise and tools to warehouses and on tour to venues locally and internationally
Managing relationships with couriers and carriers and suppliers
Keeping clients and the team informed of tracking with AfterShip and monitoring for any exceptions and resolving ASAP
Managing the short-stay tour merch warehouse and all inventory including POS, iPads and their movements
Helping plan tours and restocks with tour managers and artist teams
Ensuring the smooth passage of goods through customs and flagging any potential problems with shipments in advance
Ensuring all costs are accounted for correctly and helping meet tour budgets
Managing all inbound and outbound deliveries
Keeping up to date on current ship times and holidays globally
Creating projections and pricing strategies for tours
Managing inventory and restocks for tours and stores with the production team
Managing all logistics billing and working with finance team
Essential skills and traits
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to build and maintain relationships with others easily
Excellent eye for detail
Understanding of the music industry and its stakeholders (or willingness to learn)
Highly organised, natural problem solver with a positive attitude towards work and the challenges of the work
Confident, calm and clearheaded
Able to work to strict deadlines and manage your own workload effectively, when necessary
Able to work successfully within a team of people
Self-starter, with a proactive approach to taking on tasks and projects who is process driven
A love of physical products, apparel and music
